As we come together to combat this crisis in solidarity, one of the most significant steps taken by corporations and governments across the globe is prioritizing the shipment of medical and essential consumables over other goods.

All fully paid orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (GMT +8) and not on weekends or public holidays.
The standard delivery time for Styx Watch Protection kits is around 8-14 business days, depending on your location.
All standard shipping is arranged through our selected shipper depends on your location. While this service is very reliable, real life tracking updates are not always available. The purchaser selects this service at their own liability. This service is not insured.
Alternatively, you can also opt for our express shipping which is arranged through UPS, SF Express or Aramex. This is a registered service which can be tracked. Tracking information will be sent out once your Styx watch protection kit has left our warehouse.

Before placing your order, please check the model number of your Styx Watch Protection Kit and make sure that it corresponds with the watch for which it is intended. If you are not sure about the model number, or have any questions regarding the kits, please contact us before order placement.
Each Styx Watch Protection Kit undergoes close inspection before leaving our factory, but they could still be damaged on their way to you. If your Styx Watch Protection Kit is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the kit in question as soon as possible. Return instructions will be given by our customer service team, and exchange will be arranged once the returned film has reached our warehouse.
Please note that exchanges will only be arranged for defective kits. No refunds will be arranged under any circumstances.
